Housing District Pokfulam, Hong Kong Island

Located on the west side of the island of Hong Kong, on the road to Aberdeen, PokFuLam a predominantly residential area with reasonable rent. University of Hong Kong is located in this area and university personnel occupy a lot of apartment blocks in this place anyway.

Medium density population consists of expatriates about half and half are locals. Housing consists of mostly older style low-rise blocks, prestigious townhouses and only some of the larger high-rise estates, because the height restriction on the construction.

There are two international schools in that region: West Island School (ESF) and Kennedy Junior High School (ESF).
